FAQ BRIDAL APPOINTMENT
All appointments are to be booked through our online booking system and confirmed via e-mail in advance. Please select a suitable date and time and complete the form. Make sure to check your e-mail for a confirmation of your placed booking. Appointments without confirmation is not valid.
To make the most out of your fitting, we are asking our brides to please limit the guests attending your appointment to two.
You can order any item from Essential Bridal, Separates, Party & Mini Dresses and Veils & Accessories from our webbshop. We offer home delivery within Sweden and rest of the world. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.
We offer digital video consultations directly from our showroom, to help you with any questions or concerns regarding our Bridal collection. This is a great opportunity to have a closer look on selected styles and to talk to one of our stylists. Book your digital consultation above today!
We keep all gowns in size S & L. If you require another size, kindly send us an email to bridal@bymalina.com and we will help you further!
The delivery time of our "Showroom Exclusive" gowns is approximately 2-4 months from placed order. If ordering from styles available online, the delivery time is 2-4 days. We recommend that you order your gown as soon as you've found what you're looking for to be sure to receive the gown in time.
For our bridal gowns we use silk, chiffon, polyester and rayon. For every dress we carefully select material.
We do not offer custom gown consultations. All gowns come in numeric sizes.
We do not make any alterations; however, we do have a close cooperation with a few tailors in Stockholm that we happily recommend for further adjustments. Please ask us for further information.
We recommend placing your order at least four months before the wedding if ordering a "Showroom Exclusive" gown, to have time for alterations.
